Silver

Tabby - Grey Baby, Male

Silver was one of 18 kittens born of a colony in Lasalle. When people in the neighborhood started to see them, the City of Lasalle was called in to trap and take them all to be euthanized. PetitsPawz was able to take them all instead. Silver is a playful little kitten with a strikingly beautiful coat. He is very social and is constantly frolicking with his brothers and sisters. Good with other cats, Silver will make the perfect addition to virtually any loving home.

Sam

Tabby - Grey Baby, Male

Six kittens were born under someone's balcony in Lasalle. At nearly the same time, 12 others were born, and the City of Lasalle was called in to trap and take them all to be euthanized. PetitsPawz was able to take them all instead. Sam is one of the six kittens who was rescued by PetitsPawz. Sam was just recently caught and is currently being socialize in a foster home. He is coming around quite nicely and his foster mother is sure that he will be playing and running around with his brothers and sisters in no time. Rosie

Domestic Short Hair-Black Baby, Female

Rosie and her siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Rosie is now healthy and thriving. Like her brothers and sisters, Rosie is extremely affectionate. In fact, she loves to follow her foster parents around and loves to be held and cuddled. She is not nervous and is very social. Rosie gets along extremely well with other cats and would make the perfect addition to any household!

Mitts

Tabby - Orange White Domestic Short Hair Baby, Male

Mitts and his siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Mitts is now healthy and thriving. Mitts is full of mischief and the most outgoing of all the kittens, though they are all extremely affectionate and social. He is fun loving and gets along well with children and other animals. Mitts loves to explore and get lots of attention. He is extremely cuddly and loves to be held. Mitts is now just hoping for a home to call his own.

Lulu

Domestic Medium Hair-Gray Baby, Female

LuLu and her siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, LuLu is now healthy and thriving. LuLu is an absolutely beautiful cat with a black face and pawz and dark grey body. She also has the personality to match. She loves to follow around her foster family members and meows when she wants to be held. She is very playful and good with other cats.

Lola

Domestic Short Hair Adult, Female

Lola was found very pregnant and about to give birth. A caring person brought her in and she had 5 kittens. Her kittens are now ready to be adopted, and she, herself, needs a loving home to call her own. Lola is about 1 years old maximum and is extremely loving and affectionate.

Joplin

Tabby - Orange Baby, Male

Joplin and his siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Joplin is now healthy and thriving. Joplin is a striking cat with an equally beautiful disposition. He is very affectionate and loves to be held. He loves other cats and is always looking for someone to play with. He is gentle and good with adults and children, alike.

Johanne

Tortoiseshell Baby, Female

Johanne and her siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished but Johanne was one of the ones in the worst shape. She had no muscle mass and was hypoglycemic. Barely conscious, Johanne nearly died twice. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Johanne is now healthy and thriving. Johanne is ready for her forever home. She is very playful and gentle. She is an affectionate kitten that loves lots of attention.

Janice

Harley

Dot and her siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Dot is now healthy and thriving. Dot is extremely playful and always the life of the party. She is all black except for a white dot on the tip of her tail. She loves to play with her siblings and always wants attention from whichever human playmate is available!

Dexter

Once he warms up, he loves to cuddle and purrs away to let you know that he loves it. Dexter also likes to play as all kittens do. He is now hoping for a home to call his own.

Daisy

He is relaxed and loves to rub himself up against your legs. He enjoys playing with his siblings and is good with other animals and people. Now that Cody is off the streets, he needs to find a great home that he can call his own.

Baby Bear

Baby Bear and his siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Bear is now healthy and thriving. Bear has unique colorings in that he has a black face and black paws with a grey body (as does one of his sisters, LuLu). He is very affectionate and constantly seeking attention. He loves to follow people around like a little dog. He is a fluflfy bundle of fur who loves to play and also be cuddled.

Lewis

Domestic Shorthair, Orange Tabby, Adult, Male

Lewis is an adorable 1 year old male, who is declawed. He once had a home to call his own, however his owners moved and left him behind. He then found himself living in the alley with the stray cats and being fed by neighbors. He is very loving and affectionate and needs a stable home with caring, loving people who will keep love him forever. He tested positive for FIV.

He is laid back and very loving, and would enjoy a quiet place to just curl up and enjoy life peacefully.

Capri has been through a difficult time, yet is extremely loving and affectionate. Capris owner has recently been hospitalized on a long term basis and can no longer take care of her. She is a very affectionate cat who needs some tender loving care and a new home to call her own.

Jamie is a lovely little kittie who is a bit shy but very affectionate once she gets to know you. She is very attached to her sister and needs a home with her, as last time they were apart, the adoption failed. Jamie missed her sister to the point were she did not eat When they are together they are very loving cats and enjoy lots of human attention. Jamie's owner can no longer take care of her cats and they need loving homes, asap.

Cooper is an approx 1 year old male who was brought in off the streets of Lasalle with his mother Alexandra and his brother Benz. Cooper is fun loving yet independent little kitten. He enjoys being pet but likes to be the one to come to people for affection on his own terms.

These five beautiful 4 month old kittens were out in the snow for up to a week, begging to get back inside. A neighbour found them on the owner's back porch and fortunately brought them to PetitsPawz. Unfortunately, one kitten did not survive. Miraculously, the 4 others were in good shape, except for a slight case of frostbite. These kittens have been vaccinated and are very healthy. They are incredibly affdectionate and purr loudly when you just look at them. They love to be petted and to climb on your lap for affection. Doe is 4 months old.

Petrie was found on the streets of Lasalle with his mother and siblings. He is full of energy and also very loving and affectionate, as he was well socialized in his foster family. He is 7 months old and like his siblings, he loves to play and socialize. He is a bit more nervous than the others, but once he gets to know you he loves to be petted and will purr at the drop of a hat.

Ella

Ella is a 7 year old sweetheart. She is a bit shy but very affectionate once she gets to know you. She is very attached to her sister and needs a home with her, as last time they were apart, the adoption failed. When they are together they are very loving cats and enjoy lots of human attention. R2D2

Tabby - Brown Baby, Male

R2D2 is a beautiful brown tabby kitten. He was found with his mother and 2 brothers outside an abandoned motel. Though they were hungry and weak, they quickly perked up with the tender loving care of their foster family. R2D2 loves to socialize and is very playful. He is approximately 3 months old. He is looking for a home and can be adopted either on his own or with his brother ET.

Rod was found with his mother Nana and sister Jennifer at a busy industrial trucking area in Lasalle. Rod is approximately 8 months of age. When Rod first came to PetitsPawz he was very nervous but it didn't take lng for Rod to become socialized. Rod is still a little bit nervous when there are many people around but with a little more attention, he is expected to be a social butterfly. Rod loves to jump and play, especially with his other foster siblings.

Beauregard

Beauregard was rescued from the streets of Verdun and is a very social cat. He is about 3 years old and playful like a kitten. Beauregard gets along with virtually any cat and loves to play and lick them. Beauregard loves to chirp like a bird and is very expressive. He is a special cat looking for a loving home. Beauregard was previously adopted, however his owner moved and could not take him.

Penelope

Penelope is a very affectionate cat who is approximately 21/2 years of age. She is beautiful with very interesting colors. Penelope was abandoned and found scavenging for food outside of a Verdun restaurant. Penelope gave birth to 3 kittens outside the restaurant and the family was taken in my PetitsPawz when the kittens were 2 days old. Penelope's kittens have been adopted and Penelope is ready to find a good home . Penelope is very easy going and will fit in with households that have children or pets.

Amber

Calico Short Hair Adult, Female

Amber is approximately 21/2 years old. In her short life she has been through alot. Fully pregnant and about to give birth, she narrowly escaped a house fire. Her family then placed her at the vet's temporarily and then decided they no longer wanted her. She gave birth at the vet's, terrified from all the dogs and cats barking in nearby cages. When her kittens were 2 days old, she was transferred to PetitsPawz, where she could be in a quieter environment. Amber is very gentle and affectionate and is looking for a home where she can relax and be loved. She needs a quiet home without other animals or children.

Josephine

Tortoiseshell, Adult, female

Josephine has been through a great deal in her very short life. Only a little over 1 year old herself, she gave birth to 9 kittens, 6 months ago. Rescued by a kind man, she stayed with her kittens and six other cats in a small studio apartment. Overwhelmed with taking care of all these cats, several kittens were found homes and PetitsPawz took in the remaining 3 kittens and Josephine. Josephine was examined by the vet, who noticed that she seemed slightly off balance. He took an Xray and discovered that she had suffered a fractured hip in the past, possibly the result of being hit by a car. The hip did not heal properly . With an operation to correct this, Josephine is now as good as new. Josephine is extremely living and gentle, and is seeking a loving home.

Hannah

Hanna was rescued from an alley in Verdun with her four 10 day old babies. She is approximately 2 1/2 years old and very gentle. She is a bit nervous upon initial meetings with strangers but quickly warms up. She is seeking a loving home either alone or with her 1 1/2 year old son, Dick.

Dick

Dick was rescued from a shed when he was 10 days old with his mother Hanna. He is very affectionate and playful but also shy at first. He is approximately 1 1/2 years old and has been living in a caring foster family with his mother. Dick is nervous when he first meets someone, and has been tooo afraid to go to adoption days. Once you get to know Dick, he is outgoing and charismatic. This loving boy can be adopted alone or with his mother, Hanna.

Tabby - Orange Baby, Male

Kashish and his siblings were brought to the attention of PetitsPawz from someone who had 20 cats and could not properly take care of them. All were malnourished and in fragile shape. With proper vet care, good nutrition and lots of tlc, Kashish is now healthy and thriving. Kashish is a confient and playful kitten who loves lots of love and affection. He is not shy and gets along well with other cats. Will you give Kashish a home and the love that he deserves so much?

Semper adopted

Semper was rescued from Laronde, where a lovely cat was nursing him and his brother, as well as 2 other kittens from another litter. Semper is a bit nervous still, as he was used to living out in the wild with his brothers. With a bit of time and patience, Simper will be easily socialed. Everyday, he gets braver and more social, as his foster family give him lots of attention. He is a typical playful kitten who loves to jump and run with his brothers. He is now looking for a loving home where he will have lots of love and affection.

Sweet Pea adopted

Sweet Pea was taken in off the streets of Verdun, abandoned and pregnant. She will be having her babies soon and will be ready for adoption in about 2 months. She is only a baby herself, about 8 months old. Once her babies are weaned, she'll be looking for her forever home. In the meantime, she's in a caring foster family, waiting to give birth. Updates will be given when she is closer to being able to be adopted.

Cookie adopted

Labrador Retriever Rottwieler adult male

Cookie's owner surrendered her to the SPCA but it wasn't their jurisdiction and she was instructed that she would need to go to the Berger Blanc. Of course, this upset her very much and finally a technician from the SPCA contacted my friend and fellow volunteer, to see if we could take her. We have 10 days to get her placed and of course, will not let her go to the Berger Blanc. Problem is, the woman can only keep Cookie for 10 days, from there, we need a foster family or a good home. Cookie is 8 months old and a mix of Lab/Rotweiller. She is very gentle and well behaved.

Oscar adopted

Oscar was abandoned in Verdun and was found absolutely freezing in -40°C weather. A fun loving free spirit, Oscar soon warmed up and quickly became socialized. He is good with other cats and very affectionate.

Sky adopted

Chico adopted

Tabby - Brown Adult, Male

Chico was abandoned by his previous owner and left to fend for himself for nearly 2 years outside. He was often seen huddling on people's window sills and scavenging for food. A kind lady brought him to the vet and had him tested and treated, vaccinated and sterilized. He has a clean bill of health and ready for adoption. Chico is currently in a temporary foster home and is in need of a permanent, loving home. He is a calm cat who likes peace and quiet. He is playful but does not like too much action. He loves to be petted and to cuddle in a nice warm lap.

Dallas adopted

Dallas was born, June 30, 2005. Dallas is very laid back and likes to take it easy. He loves to be pet and loves attention, Dallas is a bit shy but quickly warms up to people. DJ was born, June 30, 2005. DJ is very laid back and likes to take it easy. He loves to be pet and loves attention, DJ is a bit shy but quickly warms up to people. He is very bonded to his brother Dallas and needs to be adopted with Dallas. DJ and Dallas' owner can no longer take care of them and we need to find them a loving home, asap.

Penny adopted

Calico Adult Female

Penny is approximately 3 years old. She is extremely gentle and affectionate. Penny was found on the streets of Verdun with her 9 babies, 3 of which died shortly after birth. While in temporary foster care, Penny was diagnosed with a serious heart condition called cardiomyopathy, which is a disease of the heart muscle. Pennys health is currently stable and she receives heart medication everyday, however her lifespan is compromised with this disease. Penny was placed in a permanent foster family, who administered her daily medication. This person, however, recently returned Penny, due to an illness in her family. Penny is now seeking a permanent home and needs a caring person who understands her condition and can administer her medication daily.

Buddy adopted

Tabby - Grey Baby female

Buddy was born on April 30th, along with his 3 siblings. His fully pregnant mother was taken of the streets of Lasalle, abandoned and about to give birth. Fortunately, PetitsPawz found a great foster family and prepared for the birth of Buddy and his brothers and sister. Buddy is loving and affectionate and a normal, playful bundle of joy. He is at the perfect age to be adopted and would make the perfect addition to any loving home.

Bella adopted

Labrador Retriever Pit Bull Terrier Adult Female

Bella was brought into PetitsPawz after her owner decided to have her euthenized. Bella's owner was moving and could not take her. In addition, Bella needed surgery. She had been bitten by a dog and in trying to get away, she shattered her knee. After raising funds for Bella's surgery, Bella is ready for a loving home. She is an extremely gentle and docile dog. Very affectionate, Bella loves to be be pet and go out for walks. Bella is currently in a foster family, however the foster family can only keep her until July. We are hoping to find her a great home asap, as Bella has been through alot and we don't want her bouncing around from family to family. She's a real beauty.

Bruizer adopted

Rottweiler German Sheperd Dog Adult male

Bruizer needs a home. Bruizer has been abandoned at a dog boarding establishment since January. His owners simply left him there and moved into a condo where no dogs are allowed. They no longer want him. He is 7 years old, a Rottweiller/German Shepherd mix. Very, very sweet and docile. Good with other dogs, cats and children. He has become quite depressed, as he has been often alone. We would like to get him a home and out of a cubicle asap. Bruizer needs a home. Bruizer has been abandoned at a dog boarding establishment since January. His owners simply left him there and moved into a condo where no dogs are allowed. They no longer want him. He is a very sweet, docile dog that is good with people and other dogs.

Blackjack adopted

Blackjack was rescued from Laronde, where a lovely cat was nursing him and his brother, as well as 2 other kittens from another litter. He is very affectionate and loves to play both with his siblings and with people. He is a beautiful little white kitten with a small grey stripe on his head. Full of beans, Blackjack loves to get into mischief and is extremely social. Jumping and playing, Blackjack is constantly on the run. He is now looking for a loving home where he will have lots of love and affection.

Sidney was rescued from Laronde, where a lovely cat was nursing him and his brother, as well as 2 other kittens from another litter. Sidney was a bit nervous when he first went to his foster family but quickly warmed up, as he got lots of attention from his foster mom and dad. Marny is a 4 month old adorable kitten with beautiful markings. Full of spunk, she is extremely gentle and affectionate, and loves to play. Marny was found in a shed in the east end of Montreal with her mother and siblings. She is seeking a loving home either alone or with her mother and/or brother and sister, Betty, Willy and Josephine.

Marny is up-to-date with routine shots and house trained.

Leonard ADOPTED

Domestic Medium Hair-Black Adult, Male

Leonard is about 3 years old and is extremely cuddly and affectionate. Leonard's original owner decided he no longer wanted any cats and was about to have him euthanized. A friend took Leonard instead but has recently moved and can no longer keep him. All Leonard wants is a stable home with someone who will keep him forever. He is very gentle and loves affection.

Leonard is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered
